Presidential Race Heats Up After Super Tuesday

For the remaining presidential candidates in the race for the White House, Super Tuesday was a big step closer to the Oval Office. Tuesday was a day where 11 states held their primary elections. the Candidates on both sides where striving to get up to 595 delegates for Republicans, and up to 1007 for the Democrats.

The big winners yesterday for the Republicans was Donald Trump, who won 7 of the 11 states; while Hilary Clinton also took home 7 states on the Democratic Side.

Finishing in second for the GOP was Texas Senator Ted Cruz who won 3 states, including his home state of Texas.

Democrat Bernie Sanders’ 4 wins were in the states of Colorado, Minnesota, Oklahoma, and Vermont.
