‘The Repossession Mambo’

Remy (Jude Law) and Jake (Forest Whitaker) repossess mechanical organs for a living in the 2010 movie, ‘Repo Men.’ A company called The Union manufactures artificial organs for those with failing organs. The expensive parts are highly sophisticated and allow people to live their lives to the fullest. But the high price of the parts makes it hard for people to make the payments and the repo men take back The Union’s property with no concern for your survival. Remy is one the best in the business, but when he suffers an accident on the job and experiences cardiac failure, his receives an artificial heart from the company. He finds it difficult to make the payments and fails to pay all together, he ex-partner Jake is sent to repossess his heart. Remy is on the run and meets Beth (Alice Braga), another debtor, and they must vanish from the system. Jake chases Remy and Beth across the city to retrieve their mechanical organs. He becomes a hero for thousand trying to escape the Repo Men. The intense fight scenes and fight for survival keeps the audience on edge until the very end. ‘Repo Men’ brings a futristric twist to the healthcare system that will make you think twice about paying your bills late.
